  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle the sliced zucchini with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Dip each zucchini slice into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Arrange the coated zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until tender and golden brown.
