A simple and healthy dish of salmon cooked in foil packets, keeping it flavorful and moist.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut large pieces of aluminum foil.
  3. Place a salmon fillet in the center of each piece of foil.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, and add lemon slices, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon to seal the packets.
  6. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Carefully open the packets and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Make sure to seal the foil packets well to prevent any juices from leaking out. Experiment with different herbs for unique flavors.
