  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 cups cubed bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  4. Layer the cubed bread, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
