Delightful stuffed bell peppers filled with spicy, creamy buffalo chicken, perfect for game days or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, half the cheddar cheese, and green onions in a bowl.
  4. Season your mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stuff the mixture into each bell pepper generously.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the peppers are tender and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
