Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add the diced water chestnuts, green onions, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil; mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
