A simple and flavorful marinade for chicken thighs that enhances tenderness and taste, perfect for grilling or baking.

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill or oven.
  5. Cook the marinated chicken thighs until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side on the grill or 25-30 minutes in the oven at 375°F (190°C).
  6. Let rest before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle some of the leftover marinade over the cooked chicken. Add a slice of lemon for garnish.
