A delightful no-bake chocolate dessert featuring layers of creamy filling, chocolate pudding, and a crunchy crust.

  • 9 oz chocolate graham crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate graham crackers and combine with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to create the crust.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping, then spread this mixture over the crust.
  3. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until it thickens. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with the remaining whipped topping and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is really soft before mixing to avoid lumps. You can customize chocolate lasagna by adding peanut butter or crushed nuts.
