  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Salt for rimming (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine tequila, lime juice, and sweetened condensed milk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form in a separate bowl.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the tequila mixture until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  5. Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
  6. Rim glasses with salt, slice the pie, garnish with lime slices, and enjoy!

Notes

For a stronger lime flavor, add lime zest to the filling. Leftover pie can be stored in the freezer for up to two weeks.
