  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Combine the gelatin and water in a small bowl; let it sit until it blooms.
  2. Whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold in the green crème de menthe, white crème de cacao, and bloomed gelatin mixture until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with additional whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
