A healthy and tasty sandwich filled with Greek yogurt chicken salad, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices whole grain bread

Instructions
