A delightful summer dessert featuring grilled peaches drizzled with a rich balsamic reduction.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer until thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Brush the peach halves with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place the peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear.
  5. Flip the peaches and brush with the balsamic reduction. Grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from the grill and drizzle with remaining balsamic reduction. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
