Quick and easy grilled chicken skewers with flavorful marinade and colorful vegetables, perfect for summer barbecues.

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 cups Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
  • Skewers

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate in a mixture of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
