  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
