  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Corn tortillas
  • Toppings (e.g., diced avocado, diced tomatoes, cilantro, lime wedges)

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the shrimp until evenly coated.
  4. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  5. Warm corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp on tortillas and adding desired toppings.
  7. Serve with lime wedges.

Notes

Make sure to not overcook the shrimp as they can become tough. Feel free to adjust the spices to your liking.
