  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to coat.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Do not overcook the shrimp. Fresh garlic gives the best flavor. Adjust seasoning as needed.
