Deliciously gooey Monkey Bread made from biscuit dough, coated in cinnamon-sugar, and baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 cup of raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  3. Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Coat each biscuit piece in the sugar mixture and place them in a Bundt pan.
  5. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Pour the buttery brown sugar mixture over the biscuits in the pan.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cool the Monkey Bread in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate.

Notes

Serve warm with icing or powdered sugar. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
