  • 16 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Additional Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in another bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Top with additional crushed Oreos before serving.
