Quick and healthy no bake protein cheesecake bites that satisfy your sweet tooth and are perfect for athletes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs (for coating)
  • Optional toppings: fresh fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  4. Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
  5. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
