Delicious and easy-to-make Oreo truffles, perfect for any occasion or as a sweet treat.

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Chocolate for coating

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo Cookies by placing them in a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin or food processor to get fine crumbs.
  2. Mix together the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in intervals until smooth.
  6. Coat each chilled truffle in the melted chocolate and tap off excess.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
