Healthy and customizable overnight oats with mixed berries, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add the mixed berries and gently fold them into the oat mixture.
  3. Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if desired. Enjoy cold or warm up in the microwave.

Notes

For creamier oats, add more yogurt or a splash of milk. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
