Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the protein powder, almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix honey (or maple syrup) and nut butter in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Stir in milk until you reach desired consistency.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
  9. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week or refrigerate for two weeks. Can freeze for up to three months.
