Ingredients

  4. Strain for Perfection: Strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
  5. Combine and Flavor: Combine the raspberry puree, cooled syrup, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  6. Freeze the Mixture: Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  7. Firm It Up: Transfer the sorbet to an airtight container and freeze until firm.
