- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Mix the chopped rhubarb, sugar, flour, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Pour the rhubarb mixture into the pie crust.
- Dot the filling with bits of butter.
- Cover with the top crust and seal the edges.

- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-45 minutes.
