Delicious and healthy salmon patties made in the air fryer that are crispy on the outside and tender inside.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of salmon
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, egg, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well and form the mixture into patties.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  5. Place the patties in the basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
  6. Spray the top of the patties lightly with olive oil.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add spices like garlic powder or paprika. Make sure to drain the salmon well to avoid a soggy mixture.
