Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
