- Salt and pepper
- Taco shells or tortillas
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tomato, diced
- Onion, diced
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into small balls and place them on the skillet.
- Smash the beef balls down with a spatula to form patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add cheese on top of the patties and let it melt.
- Warm the taco shells or tortillas.
