Delicious layers of graham cracker, chocolate, and marshmallows all baked to perfection for an easy and nostalgic treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for about 10 minutes until set.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden.
  7. Let it cool, then cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for a month.
