  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, feta cheese, and any optional vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into each cup.
