  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced avocado
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned.
  2. Drain any excess fat and add the taco seasoning, black beans, and corn. Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.
