  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until softened and fragrant—about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Next, add the ground turkey to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon—about 6-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. To serve, spoon the turkey mixture into the lettuce leaves and top with your desired toppings.
