A playful and refreshing take on pizza using watermelon as a base, topped with yogurt and mixed berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 large watermelon
  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the watermelon into slices about 1 inch thick.
  2. Spread a layer of yogurt over each slice.
  3. Sprinkle granola evenly on top of the yogurt.
  4. Add mixed berries on top of the granola.
  5. Drizzle with honey if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
