  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (or applesauce for dairy-free)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional toppings: walnuts, chocolate chips, or sliced bananas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
